General notes

The purpose of the standard wizard is adding new articles. This is done by taking 4 steps which can be accessed from the wizard menu at the right site of the page.

If an item is stored, it will not be directly visible in the community.
The article will be visible after an administrator has approved the message.

The menu buttons allow you to move up and down between the steps. Not all the steps will be visible from the start. They will appear incremental when you proceed to the next step. The proceeding to the next step is done by using the buttons at the bottom of the wizard;

All the fields which are obligatory for an entry and are not filled in yet, will be marked with a red asterisk (*) after you press 'Next'.

The Cancel button can be used at all times to abort the entry. All information will be lost.

If you are logged in to Mijn Login, all the items added with the wizard will appear in 'My items'. This will allow you to edit the item at a later stage.

All the steps are divided in blocks which contain fields of the same information type. This example represents one block;


Step 1: Article

This step is subdivided in 4 blocks of which the first contains the general information about the article. The 'Intro' will become the bold printed text at the top of the article and, if it will be shown here, will be displayed on on the frontpage.

The block 'Image for intro' provides the entry for a small image (80 or 100 pixels wide) which will be displayed alongside the intro. You can set in the menu 'Align' at which side of the intro the image must be displayed. The image should first be uploaded, that's why you should first press the button 'Browse' to select an image. Next you can click on the button 'Upload' to save the image.


Step 2: Paragraphs

The paragraph step consists out of 4 parts which allow you to enter paragraphs with titles. You are offered to add one image per paragraph.

The first block contains an overview of the at that moment added paragraphs. If you click on the title of a paragraph, the content of that paragraph will appear in the block below. Now you can edit the selected paragraph and change its order.

The next block is for entering new paragraphs. You can hide or set here the title to visible, link an image the paragraph, define a position of the image (Align) and scale the image if necessary. Before you can add an image to a paragraph, you first have to add it in the block below.

The next block allows you to add images. It is required to assign a name to the image. The community will refer to the image with this name. To upload an image you first have to click on the button 'Browse' and select an image. Now you can click on the upload button to save the image.

If this is done, the image will appear (scaled if necessary) in the image gallery below.

Step 3: Preview

This step is meant to give you an example about how the article you added will be displayed in the community. If you are unsatisfied with the contents, then you can always go back and make adjustments by using the Wizard Menu.
 


Step 4: Save

If you press beneath the preview of step 3 on 'Next', the article will be saved and reviewed by an administration before it will be visible on the community.
