What do I see at the summary page?
The summary page consists of 4 parts.
The top part displays an introduction of the page and a possibility to log out. It is advisable to log out when finished working with the community. This prevents that other users on the same computer can use your account.
The three parts below this display the manage options. You can choose for: (click for more help)
Once you have chosen for one of the option, it is possible to switch between the other management groups by using the menu at the top of the module;
The item management first gives you an overview of which items you have submitted. The items are news messages, events, companies and literature items. These items will only appear if you submitted them when you were logged in. This means that the best way of submitting items is to first log in before you use one of the 'add item' buttons throughout the community.
What can I adjust on my profile?
You can set here two things, your profile information and log in information. The difference between this is that the profile will be your business card on the community and the log in information are personal settings like the password and username.
At the profile section you are offered the possibility to add more detailed information like birth date and an image from your gallery. Further more, you can set here which subscriptions you want to add or remove.
What are the possibilities of image management?
The images which are added here can be used when submitting new items. In most of the wizards it is possible to add images to the item. When you are logged in to Mijn Login, there will appear an option to use images from your gallery. These images will be the ones you add here. It is recommendable to add only your frequent used images here and add the images for the item specific from the wizard.
In the first part of the gallery there is described how much images you are allowed to add, how big they may be and how much space you have in total.
The part below this shows the current gallery (inside red square). At the top you will see how much images you have added and how much there are allowed. In the gallery there is under each image the option to show the full it in full size, or delete the image concerned.
At the bottom there is the option to upload new images, or in other words, to save more images in your gallery. To do so, you first have to fill in a name for the image and then proceed with selecting the image by clicking on the button 'Browse'. When an image is selected it can be saved by clicking on the button 'Upload'. This can take some time, depending on the image size and your internet connection speed.
