 On October 12 14, 2010 you are most welcome at our stand in Lyon [France] at the World Congress on Emulsions [CME].
At the CME, Latexfalt will present new products based on Latexfalt BioStab MY.
Latexfalt BioStab MY is a developed emulsion stabiliser that is derived from natural sources and which provides superior stabilisation of [polymer modified] bitumen emulsions as well as clear binder emulsions. In comparison to classical stabilizing systems, it allows excellent emulsification and long term storage of emulsions prepared from hard grade bitumen, e.g. PEN 10-20, up to fractions of 60 wt%, without affecting the breaking characteristics of the so-stabilized emulsion. Consequently, the workability of the emulsion is not changed.
The combined properties offer a significant potential for new applications and products such as more temperature resistant coloured road coatings, high modulus trackless tack-coats, microsurfacing using paraffinic bitumen crudes, and many more.
